Central Training
Central Training is a well-respected training provider offering a diverse range of training solutions primarily for individuals and organisations in the health and social care sector. Our annual Public Training Programme (PTP) offers over 40 different courses across 100 training days. These courses are open to the public, to organisations, to interested individuals and to agency workers registered with Central Recruitment, who are entitled to attend a number of free courses each year as part of their continuous professional development.
We also offer these same courses and many more as in-house training, developed with, designed for and delivered to organisations. We have two training suites conveniently located in central London, allowing us to deliver a large volume of training throughout the year. We also offer competitively priced room hire as a stand-alone service for organisations which may wish to conduct internal training, hold meetings or have away days.
Our in-house training can also be run at a venue chosen by the client organisation. We have run numerous successful training days throughout England and Wales, and we have experience in multi-course, multi-location training management. Our PRINCE2 project management approach to all course bookings ensures we deliver a product that exceeds customer expectation and adheres to our ethos of excellence.
Our team of freelance trainers are partners in all our projects. These trainers share our philosophy of total quality management, and have a proven track record of excellence in their areas of expertise.
Central Training strives to be a responsive, dynamic and inclusive provider of training. We have forged alliances with a diverse range of learning organisations to offer language courses and NVQ courses to Central’s agency workers, as well as collaborating in the design, implementation and analysis of a Kirkpatrick level 2 & 3 training impact metric for a London housing association.
