Central is currently recruiting for waking night support workers for services in the South London area. We provide waking night staff to a large number of supported accommodation and hostel services around Croydon, Upper Norwood, Stockwell, Streatham and Bromley.

We are recruiting for candidates with previous experience of working with adults and young people with complex support needs including those related to homelessness, mental health and substance misuse issues.

We have an ongoing need for candidates who are able to commit to a rota for a minimum period of 3 months, with a likelihood of extension based on performance.

The pay rates for these shifts are £9.00 - £9.75 per hour. Interested candidates must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week across 7 days.

Candidates must have experience of managing challenging behaviour and person-centred support practices. You must also have experience of working with adults or young people with complex needs.

Please note, we are unable to consider candidates who are currently in full-time permanent employment for these roles.
