Rent Income Officer

Central is currently recruiting for a Rent Income Officer to work within a large London-based charity. The office is based in Kings Cross; however, you will be responsible for providing quality tenancy management services to clients living within the organisations accommodations.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Cover is required for 3-5 months. The pay rate for this role is £13.12 per hour.

In this position, you will be working alongside the Neighbourhood Housing Officer, Maintenance Officer and local supported housing service staff delivering high quality intensive tenancy management services to tenants living in the organisations accommodation. Ensuring the effective collection of rent and charges, Supporting the annual rent and service charge setting process, Providing high quality advice and guidance to clients and support staff around the re-payment of arrears and Taking cases to court where other options have been exhausted.

To apply for this role, you must have experience of at least 12 months working within a similar role. Only candidates who have previous experience and are able to evidence this, will be considered.

Candidates must confirm their interest by 15.04.2018, with interviews scheduled to take place on 23.04.2018, and the appointed candidate expected to start during the week commencing 30.04.201
