Central are currently recruiting for a full-time Support Assistant to work in a Floating Support service in Hackney.

The service operates between Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM, however some flexibility is required for evenings and weekends on occasion. The pay rate for this role is £9.49 per hour, and the role is required on an ongoing basis.

The service provides support to clients with generic complex needs on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will hold a caseload of clients, providing support services to customers through a support planning system.

The client group is generic and includes many clients with complex needs. The successful candidate will carry out support planning, risk assessments and reviews for lower need customers. You will also provide a broad range of lower-end support tasks to a caseload of customers, such as monitoring and tackling social isolation and ensuring customers are well supported throughout their engagement with the service.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to accurately and efficiently complete administration tasks and experience of working with clients with complex needs.

Candidates must confirm their interest by Thursday 7th February, with interviews scheduled to take place on the 11th February, and candidates expected to start during the following week. Candidates must therefore be immediately available.
