Central is currently recruiting for x2 Support Workers, to work in the Camden area.
The service provides accommodation support to young people clients with the aim to move them onto independent living.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Sunday on a rota basis including Early (8AM-4PM), Mid 12PM-8PM) and late(3PM-10:30PM) shifts. Cover is required for 1-2 months ongoing. The pay rate for this role is £11.20 per hour.
In this position, you will carry a caseload of clients for whom you will provide a comprehensive Needs and Risk Assessment, resulting in an agreed Support Plan. The plan will promote independence and prepare clients for move-on within Camden's Young People Pathways or into independent accommodation. Project workers will be working under the direction of the Service Manager and Team Manager to provide support to the young people we accommodate.
