Stress is one of the biggest causes of health problems in the workplace and effective time management is essential to manage stress at work. Health and Safety Executive (HSE) defines stress as 'the adverse reaction people have to excessive pressures or other types of demand placed on them.' This course aims to map out the main causations of stress and help learners to identify strategies to become more effective in their work roles.
