Central Training's Reflective Practice & Observational Skills Training is designed to ensure front line workers are equipped with tools and reflective practice theory to be able to assess and review their own work, look to make adjustments towards best practice, and increase awareness around disclosure, self-review and non-verbal communication.


Learning Outcomes


The course aims to equip delegates with the skills to:
  • Explore the importance of reflection and awareness
  • Reflect on their own practice, including action and approach
  • Explore the Driscoll Model of Reflection around further learning
  • Develop observational skills and sensitivity around communication and non-verbal communication
  • Gain greater understanding around disclosure and professional boundaries
