Course Overview


Central Training's Group Facilitation Skills is an interactive training session focused on supporting delegates with the tools and experience to effectively facilitate group work. Throughout a day of theory and practical focus we will explore concerns, group work case studies and role play group dynamics in order to better understand and manage various presentations and challenges. This is an experiential and dynamic training to explore opportunities, encouragement and support for the group to succeed in achieving its objectives with the facilitator.
