This course has been designed for Managers who are taking a lead role in safeguarding within the Museum. The session aims to help Managers consider how to create a culture of safeguarding across all teams and how to raise confidence so that best practice prevails.
The session is designed to be highly practical, offering Managers an opportunity to reflect upon what is working well within their team and what they can do to make further improvements.
