Mental Health at Work for Managers & HR Staff (Half Day)

Duration

Half Day

Mental ill-health costs UK employers an estimated £56 billion each year*, affecting productivity, engagement, and retention. By training managers and HR staff to recognise the signs of mental health issues and providing appropriate support, employers can support the creation of healthy, high-performing, and more supportive work environments, and significantly reduce the risk of legal liabilities.
