Central Training's Compassionate Leadership course aims to equip managers with the skills to create psychologically safe and respectful working environments. The trainer will introduce key skills for leading with confidence and empathy, including facilitating productive conversations, supporting performance, motivating others, and managing conflict while building strong, effective relationships. Delegates will have the opportunity to engage with a course workbook and develop a personalised action plan to help embed their learning and apply it in their day-to-day leadership roles.
