Course Overview


Central Training's Gender Informed Approach course is designed to equip delegates with the skills and knowledge necessary to understand the importance of adjusting support to include gender-informed considerations. The trainer will cover the distinction between gender (including pronouns) and sexuality. Delegates will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of pronouns, gender versus sexuality, and how to create a safe environment that facilitates trust and positive change.
