Course Overview Central Training's Supervision Skills for Frontline Practice course is designed to equip frontline workers and social workers with the tools and supervisory frameworks to be able to actively engage in one-to-one sessions, present complex casework clearly, and increase awareness around risk tracking, boundary management, and wellbeing support.
Learning Outcomes The course aims to equip delegates with the skills to: Explore the importance of supervision, accountability, and practice safety Reflect on their own casework, including professional boundaries and approach Explore the core pillars of supervision around further learning and case management Develop observational skills and sensitivity around staff wellbeing and compassion fatigue Gain greater understanding around professional disclosure, risk management, and service thresholds
