Course Overview



This one -day course is designed to develop delegates' risk assessment and management skills, culminating in the development of customer-involved, SMART goals designed to eliminate, avoid or reduce identified risks to 'safe' levels. The candidates will have the opportunity to practice how to set goals in conjunction with customers and build their confidence in risk management through the use of case studies and topic exercises.
