This workshop is for staff who want to learn more about stress and how to maintain a good mental health environment in the workplace. It aims to provide an overview of what 'good' and 'poor' mental health means and provide strategies for self-care as well as supporting others inside and beyond the workplace.

This workshop aims to equip delegates with the skills to:
  • Recognise signs of stress and poor mental health
  • Identify some common causes of stress and poor mental health
  • Employ simple self-care strategies for inside and beyond the workplace
