Reflective Practice and Observational Skills (Half Day)

Duration

Half Day

Frontline staff often need to spot subtle shifts in behaviour or body language that can indicate risk, concern or a change in someone's needs. Staff also need the confidence to reflect on their own actions, recognise their impact and adjust their approach to meet the needs of each situation. Reflective practice and good observational skills can shape the quality of support and the outcomes for clients while enhancing professional judgement and informed responses.
