Managing Remote Teams (Half Day)
Duration Half Day
This course will focus on the key elements of managing remote teams, beginning with on-boarding new staff remotely, to maintaining team identity and focussing on impact and results. Alongside this, delegates will learn how to ensure a healthy work-life balance for themselves and their teams in hybrid working environments.
This course aims to provide delegates with the skills to: Identify new areas of focus as a distance Manager Develop strong remote onboarding process for new team members Evaluate staff performance remotely Foster effective relationships between the team Build wellbeing into team culture
Methods of Delivery
This course will use a variety of training methods including: tutor presentation, small group work, reflection and discussion.
