Resilience at Work: Skills and Strategies

Central Training's Resilience at Work course is designed for front line staff dealing with high stress situations and complex needs, wanting to build strategies for resilience in challenge. The trainer will focus on the importance of resilience when faced with challenge and stress in the workplace and the candidates will have the opportunity to look at the impact of stress on their mental and physical health. Finally they will explore strategies, goals and skills for developing resilience and balance in work relationships and daily life.
The course aims to equip candidates with the skills to:
Recognise & manage stress responses Understand the importance of emotional regulation Develop adaptability Focus on empathy levels Understand the impact of change Build healthy strategies & skills Focus on life balance
Methods of Delivery
