Course Overview



This one day course provides practical tips on how to plan and manage time as effectively as possible; this includes how to use delegation as a time management tool. The aim of this workshop is to consider the way we look at time and how we can manage ourselves and others to achieve our best. It considers some of the challenges managers may experience in terms of helping others to manage their time.

This course is designed to provide delegates with:
  • An understanding of how time affects the way we manage ourselves
  • Different time-management techniques
  • Awareness of delegation as a time-management tool
  • Insight into the relationship between stress, time management and delegation

    The facilitator will employ a range of teaching methods including direct input, break out rooms for small group work and whole group activities, discussions, use of Video and PowerPoint slides using screen share.

    Anyone who multi-tasks, works to deadlines or needs to balance a variety of needs in their lives. Also, managers who wish to refresh or enhance their skills; those about to move into management; anyone who is currently in a supervisory role.
