Central Training's LGBTQI+ course is an interactive day that aims to raise awareness of issues faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer + people. The candidates will have the opportunity to learn more about LGBTQI+ history and discuss how they can promote inclusivity and understanding in the workplace. The trainer and the group will finally focus on creating a zero tolerance environment to reduce the likelihood of exclusion or discrimination, whilst also looking at the journey through UK law to get to this point.
By the end of this course, candidates will have covered:

Methods of Delivery
This training is interactive and employs group work, presentations and case studies. Candidates are provided with comprehensive learner notes to facilitate learning.
