Booking Coordinator

Booking Coordinators participate in all aspects of the work of the Ad Hoc Team and after initial training will manage an autonomous workload that includes; customer and worker liaison, shift management, night-worker rota management, problem solving, worker and customer feedback and complaint's. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to work within a team as well as being focussed on your own workload is essential. This role receives and records information on a continual basis, which requires accurate input. Clear and exact communication with co-workers and clients will be the measure of your performance and success.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively develop professional working relationships with customers, workers and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate a number of staffing rotas to different social care environments
* Receive, record, and match appropriate workers to staffing requests
* Deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates
* Participation in the 'out of hours' service is an essential part of this role, including some evening and weekend work

Personal Profile
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Customer service or administration experience within a busy office environment
* Strong communicator - verbal and written with excellent attention to detail
* IT skills including experience with the office suite
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Develop and forge lasting relationships
* Natural forward planner
* Self-starter
