One Housing Group

One Housing Group are a non-profit organisation whose commercial success as a housing developer enables their provision of high quality, affordable homes to meet the needs of local people. Their care and support arm, One Support, is London’s largest provider of support housing and services to people with complex needs.

Central Recruitment and One Housing Group have worked together for over 10 years, and what started out as a routine staffing request has developed into a strong partnership encompassing a broad range of recruitment and training services. Today, we provide One Housing Group with rota management, ad hoc shift cover, permanent recruitment, and training services.

SHP

SHP provide accommodation and support services to over 6,000 people a year across 16 London boroughs affected by substance misuse, offending, mental ill-health and tenancy sustainment difficulties.

Evolve Housing + Support

Evolve Housing + Support are a leading homelessness charity in London providing supported housing for homeless people, working with 2000 people each year. Evolve provide a solution to homelessness through shelter, support and advice to over 600 people each day, who would otherwise be homeless across four London Boroughs.

Rethink Mental Illness

Rethink Mental Illness help millions of people affected by mental illness and directly support almost 60,000 people every year. They have over 200 mental health services and 150 support groups across England including psychological therapies, Crisis and Recovery Houses, peer support groups and housing services.

Central has worked with Rethink since 2016, providing ad hoc shift cover, temporary and permanent staffing to their London based recovery and residential houses.

Certitude

Certitude is a not-for-profit organisation that provides personalised support for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs across London.

Certitude’s person-centred approach is creating a future where people with learning disabilities and mental health needs have the same opportunities and rights to a good life as everyone else. This means being valued as equals and being in control.

Central has worked with Certitude for over 15 years providing ad hoc shift cover to many of their supported accommodation services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Metropolitan

Metropolitan is one of the UK’s leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services who own and manage a large portfolio of nearly 38,000 homes, providing services to more than 71,000 customers across London, the East Midlands and the East of England. Metropolitan deliver care and support to customers with a wide range of needs, specialising in services for older people and for people with mental health issues and learning disabilities.

Central has worked with Metropolitan for over 15 years and currently deliver mandatory and professional development training courses to their services throughout London and the East of England.

St Martins of Tours

St Martins of Tours provide accommodation and specialist care and support services to people with enduring mental health problems and complex needs in London.

Central has worked with St Martin of Tours since 2013, providing ad hoc shift cover for a number of their specialist services including customers with a forensic mental health history.

The Camden Society

The Camden Society work across London and Oxfordshire to generate new opportunities for over 600 people with disabilities to achieve greater equality, while also campaigning to promote the human rights of people with disabilities.

Central has worked with The Camden society for over 10 years providing ad hoc shift cover to many of their supported accommodation and floating support services for adults with learning disabilities.

Bridge Mental Health

Bridge offer mental health and wellbeing support suited to the needs of the individual. This can range from floating support visits within the community, to in-house services across a range of supported housing. Bridge also provide services for forensic mental health issues.

Central has worked with Bridge for approximately one year and currently deliver mandatory and professional development training courses.

Lookahead Housing and Care

Look Ahead, in partnership with local authorities and health trusts, provide specialist care and support services to people with a variety of needs across London and the South East.

Central has worked with Look Ahead for over 15 years and currently provides ad hoc shift cover to their accommodation based services.

Hill Homes

Hill Homes provides personalised and bespoke services to older people, allowing them the opportunity to live in a home for life, and affording them their independence.

Central has worked with Hill Homes since April 2016 and currently provide ad hoc shift cover.

Brent Mind

Brent Mind is the leading independent mental health organisation in the borough of Brent and has been helping people with mental distress for over 40 years.

Central has worked with Brent Mind since 2005, providing ad hoc shift cover and temporary and permanent staffing.

Family Mosaic

Family Mosaic own and manage approximately 26,000 affordable rented homes and house around 45,000 people. They also provide a wide range of specialist housing and care and support services to around 8,000 people in London, Essex and the South East.

Central has worked with Family Mosaic since 2003 and currently provide ad hoc shift cover to their accommodation based services.
