Graduate Recruitment Trainee

Graduate Recruitment Trainees play a key supportive role in the day to day running of all aspects of Central Recruitment's compliance and resourcing functions. Following an eight-week training programme, our recruitment graduates will have an autonomous workload that includes; assessing candidates, compliance management, worker attraction campaigns and face to face interviewing. The role also includes supporting our Recruitment Consultants in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance management including; referencing, DBS checks, Right to work documentation
* Initial candidate screening
* Applicant management and assessment
* Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
* Contribute to and conduct analysis of worker attraction campaigns
* Supporting the Recruitment consultants

Personal Profile:
* Educated to a university degree level or equivalent
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to follow procedures and guidelines and to apply attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and use initiative
* Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations
* Understanding of good business practise
* Good numeric skills
* Excellent IT and word processing skills
* Commitment to succeed
* Experience within an administrative environment
* Experience of working within a client focused organisation
* Experience of working within a target based environment
